Alice sprite

Phew...I have been slaving over this booger for the past 3 days straight, nonstop D:

But I think she's been well worth the effort! n_n

This is a portrait of Alice, the protagonist of my visual novel project Essence, which will appear near the dialogue box whenever she speaks. I tried to make her expressions very versatile, and I may add more before adding her to the game.

Her teardrops (what I call the little orbs on her cheeks) sometimes change color to match her expression. ^-^

I want to release a demo for the otome game (girl pursues boy) before the end of the summer. There will be seven obtainable boys (including this fellow [link]) which takes place in a world ravaged by a lethal virus. Alice, originally a human girl, wakes up in a robotic body with hardly any memory of who she is or where she came from. Only the sullen Cath appears to aid her in her journey to survive and reverse the ruin of the deserted planet. (shoddy synopsis ftw? :'D)
